How is his foot doing? Did you manage to get a vet appointment? Quite a lot of people come on here having been sold a cage (many the Rosewood one) or something that doesn't work. Some have been successful at getting refunds from Pets at Home, even after it's been used, saying it's not suitable. Not sure about other places.
