My hamster need help please!😭

(Excuse my english) Hi, I have a Syrian hamster. I got him around two months ago and he always seem to be so happy! But yesterday I found on his low back a weird brownish lump? I don't know how to call it, he started to scratch desperate all of his body, he even rub it against the walls of the cage. And today, I checked him and found another weird lump(?) on the otherside of his back!
Please if you know what it is, help me, I am very worried

Those are his scent glands and they look quite normal. They rub them around their cage and scratch them to spread the scent around especially after too uch cage cleaning so only do spot cleans for a good while. They become more obvious as your hamster matures with more pigment on them and on his underneath as well.

Oh wow, I didn't know about the scent glands! Thank you sooo much, I was so worried, is my first hamster so I don't know a lot of things yet. I'm happy it's nothing wrong with him.
