Sorry but I can't really see what the problem is from that photo, if you can't manage to upload any more here & have them on your instagram account then a link would help.

Is that your hamster's underneath / tummy area we are seeing?
Dwarf hamsters have a ventral scent gland in about the 'tummy button' position and it may be this that is showing? It can get raised and exude yellow scent over the fur which is normal. They can also get infected and swollen with a lot of discharge and this would need checked out by a vet.

Yes it’s her tummy,
I don’t think that it’s swollen.
Thanks for replying!
Does this go away with time? If it’s just the scent gland?

No the scent gland is always there and rubs scent over the ground as they move around. It is more obvious in males normally and it is always just slightly raised and may have some greasy yellow staining around it. They use to mark their territory and warn others they are around.

I'd try wiping it with a damp cotton ball. They sometimes exude more scent than normal especially if maturing, after cage cleans and also if they smell another hammy. Have any of those things happened recently? What age is she. It's very hard to tell from pics though so if you feel worried I'd see a vet. Just make sure they know about hamsters and are aware dwarf hamsters have a scent gland there! You would be surprised how many vets do not!
