Default Skin tag/ stuck fur?

Hi guys. I posted before querying what this thing is on my hamsters back. It's near his neck it doesnt seem to bother him much but its a bit weird. I used to think it was a bit of fur stuck together (it still might be) but it looks like some skin. I took a proper look with gloves on and he bit quite hard (it wouldve drew blood). Heres the image. Any suggestions what it is? He's nearly 2. It's more pink in real life.

It looks like a healed scrape, where the skin underneath has healed over but the skin that is no longer attached is still holding on just enough to have a blood supply and not die. If you do take it off it's likely it'll bleed but unless it's causing a problem there shouldn't be reason to remove it. If it was stuck fur it'd come undone with some lukewarm water.

It does look like a skin tag. That hurts if you pull on them. I would leave it alone but if it changes color or grows have a vet look at it.

It does look like a skin tag, I don't have any experience with this but I believe they can be benign or can be a tumour so it may be an idea to get your vet to have a look or at least keep an eye on it for any changes that may need attention.
