I don't have any personal experience with syrians but I think they can sometimes look like that just from doing a lot of scent marking sometimes, has anything changed in her cage or environment, cage cleaning or new things in her cage? Anything like that or any new scents around could cause her to do a lot of scent marking.
You could just try bathing them with some warm water if she doesn't groom herself & clean them up but unless it gets worse or goes on for a longer period of time I'm not sure there's too much to worry about.
