If she'll eat things like the egg, maybe some porridge or ham safe baby food you can mix the baytril with that, as long as you only use a tiny bit of food she likes then she should eat it all & get the full dose, you could do the same with the probiotics again but they should be a few hours apart at least.
I don't think putting meds in water works well if you can find an alternative, as you said she's unlikely to get the correct dose that way.
Feeding foods like porridge & baby foods can also help a little with some more hydration.
Glad she's looking a little better & fingers crossed she'll be well again soon.

I am so glad she is improving. Also think putting it in the water isn't the best idea - it can put them off drinking it if it tastes funny. Although it sounds like she is drinking. Some people put the medicines on a tiny bit of food and feed it on a teaspoon. Coco may have some tips as she had to give daily medication to her Syrian for a long time. A tiny bit of tasty baby food with the drops of baytril mixed in - or something she will eat, could be the way to go. If she won't eat from a teaspoon, I used to put the baby food on one of the little lids from the jar, separate to the rest of the food. The probiotics can just be sprinkled on food as you say, or the bit of egg.

She is a lucky girl - if she was trapped, that you found her. It does seem strange she could get trapped under a flying saucer though as usually they can dig their way out when it's on top of substrate. Or is it on something hard like a platform? Maybe have more substrate under it? Or change it for a wheel. Our Syrian got his leg trapped in a wobust wheel once - between the wheel and the stand when running behind it. He could have got untrapped quite easily but he panicked and tried to run and the more he tried to run the more trapped he got. So placement of wheels is something to keep an eye on I think. I hung that particular wheel upside down after that, but have now changed to one with a safe sturdy stand (the Silent Runner). I'm not sure if the 9" silent runner is good for a robo or not. I have a 9" open wheel for our robo. An 8" wodent wheel would be ok as well. If you're in the US I believe the Carolina Storm wheel is good for Robos as well, even though it's a 10" wheel - it's supposed to spin really easily and it's height adjustable so less chance of getting trapped.

I've been putting the baytril in a tiny half spoon of babyfood and our little chinese and she is taking it. I would think an antibiotic in the baytril would not work as the medication would kill all the good bacteria in it. I would give them separate if possible. Whatever is in the water needs changed daily.
Our little chinese had literally one drop of Baytril a day so don't give the amount advised for a water dilution as the vet factors in how much they would drink when advising how much to dilute it. eg if they say .1ml in 100ml water they would be thinking only 10ml will be drunk giving a dosage of .01 to the hammy. You would not give them .1ml neat!
Good to hear she seems a little better. If could have been the stress of being stuck. Keep her very calm and quiet for now.

Agree with Soufflé and Serendipity. Half a teaspoon of veg based baby food ( first foods) or porridge oats made with water. Either feed direct with a teaspoon or leave on its own in a small bowl or lid. If the baytril is mixed in this, then you will know it has been eaten. One drop is enough in the mix. Keep the probiotic separate.
So pleased she is making progress now. Good luck.

She is so much better today! Checked on her this evening, she hates me pulling her house off of her. But needs must! Lots and lots of solid poops in her bed, and they are new poops as she was fully cleaned out yesterday. Her bottom is now dry too She ate all of the egg last night which I sprinkled a tiny bit of probiotic on. I have mixed the probiotic and antibiotic in the water again tonight. She is drinking lots, which is good. And she has been really hungry and eating her dry food tonight. As of tomorrow I will put the baytril on some baby food and the probiotic in her water? Whatever she had, she looks so much better now. She looks like a different hammy tonight. I have never been so excited over hamster poop before. When I saw her 30 plus pellet poops I was so happy. I don't want to jinx it, but I think this is looking good.

I wouldn't of thought she could of got stuck under her spinner, but I somehow think she managed to. It only adds up that way. Because despite her being unwell, she has been eating, she was so hungry and thirsty after I found her under the spinner, that I assume this is what happened. If she hadn't been eating after I found her, then I would of said no she wasn't trapped. But because her being unwell didn't affect her appetite then that leads me to believe she wasn't eating for days because she was trapped

Would porridge and baby food not possibly upset her gut if she isn't used to it? Part of me doesn't want to give her something to eat that she has never had before that would cause us humans to empty our bowels....

She is on 0.3ml of baytril in 100ml of water! Originally over the phone the night I found her the vet said 0.07ml into mouth, but this is so stressful for her as she is so nervous and she squeals so loudly after I eventually catch her, which takes 10 minutes or longer. She will not come out of her house if my hand is in the cage, so no way could I spoon feed her. Baytril is so yucky tasting to hamsters, bit worried she wouldn't eat what baytril is mixed with. But she is drinking a fair amount, even whilst I am up in the quiet, she has drank 3 times this evening.

Adding both the Baytril and the Probiotics into the water together is just wasting them both as the Baytril has no way to know a good from a bad bacteria so all you will accomplish is water which neither has good or bad bacteria in it but nothing to get into your wee Hamster. Most will tell you to give the Baytril no less then 2 hours after giving the probiotics or at least 1 hour before giving the probiotics so the hamsters body can absorb each a part from each other so the Baytril doesn't just go after the good bacteria in the Probiotics and will go after the bad bacteria which is causing such issues for your Robo's body. Sorry my PC didn't show a page two so I wasn't aware Souffle had already advised the above information. Very glad to hear she is showing improvement and that she is eatting and drinking like a good girl.

I really wouldn't put anything in her water tbh, try her with the baytril mixed in with a tiny (half a teaspoon at most) bit of baby food, I've never had a problem with hams taking meds mixed with baby food so she should eat it then do as you have been doing with the probiotics at least a few hours later.
If you put them in the water the water has to be changed daily so you're going to waste a lot & I think adding things to water risks putting them off drinking as much as they might need.
Good to hear she seems to be improving though.

She seems to like the water. The probiotic is flavoured. She has been drinking lots. It's also got electolytes in it. I change her water daily anyway. What I am going to do is as of her dose of baytil tonight, mix 0.07ml in with a little porridge and put her probiotic in the water. It hasn't stopped her drinking. She drank 3 times last night for a good 2 minutes both times. I never hear her drink usually. I am only adding a tiny pinch of probiotic, as it's for rabbits. The vet said tiny pinch.

If she still drinks plenty & you're changing the water daily that sounds fine then.
