Default Pet wipes

Hi I was wondering if you could use pet wipes that you mostly use for dogs and cats and wanted to know if they were good for cleaning hamster toys bc I have to clean all my hamster wheels every week bc they get dirty a lot.

It really depends on the wipe. Not many would be hamster safe though, even when looking at the higher quality natural wipes(which really should be used for dogs and cats rather than cheap or generally harsh/unsafe wipes in the first place, for example certain Earthbath products).

In general just plain water is fine for wheels or a vinegar and water solution, but you really don't need anything too intense

That's all it is Most people say standard white vinegar, although I'm not sure if apple cider vinegar would work or be safe as an alternative.

Would it work for cleaning the cages to amityvillehams? And the solutiom would I just spray it on the toy and then wipe it off with a towel?

It would be great for cleaning cages!I'd rinse it off if possible though with plain water, mostly to cut back on the odor. The odor goes away though so it shouldn't be a big problem either way

Unless wheels are really dirty you only need to wipe them down with a damp paper towel just using water, I wouldn't clean cages with vinegar unless for some reason like illness you needed to disinfect them, again just water & paper towel or cloth is enough, vinegar really does have a strong smell so if you do use it for anything rinse thoroughly afterwards.
