Default Dieting a dwarf hamser?

I have two dwarf hamsters in the same cage and recently one of the 2 has started getting a bit fat. We've kept the food the same and haven't given her any additional treats other than the food we give her but her weight and size stays the same. Anyone else had this experience?

They don't often get overweight if they just have a good mix & not a lot of extras, is she using the wheel & having out of cage time?
Do you know how much she weighs?
Sometimes with pairs one will grab all the food & stop the other from getting it's fair share so I would keep an eye on her sister's weight to make sure that isn't happening.

Ok thanks, I'll experiment around with that

Scatter feeding is the easiest way to make sure they're eating the same amount and one isn't stealing the other's food. Are they Russians (WW, Campbell's or Hybrid) or Robo's? Some Russian's are naturally larger than others, especially Hybrids.

I would definitely third the scatter feeding. I do find one in a pair tends to get bigger, so you may want to offer the smaller one treats outside of the cage. I'd monitor to make sure there is no bullying at all going on either.
