Default Re: Hamster mouth tumor or abscess please help

Unfortunately, this time round I have bad news. I believe Ginger has passed away today. But I do need a bit of help as I want to make sure he is not hibernating. So his eyes are open, there are no signs of breathing from what I have seen and his head and back are stiff buT his belly not so much. Is he dead? Considering the fact he is about 2 and a half he’s quite old ... he is kept in my room where it doesn’t get below 15 degrees and even that is very cold and unusual for my room. Help?

So sorry to hear this, it is very unlikely he's gone into torpor, it does sound as though he's dead now.
