What a little cutie he was! I'm so very sorry to hear he's gone now, but it was for the best. He's not in pain anymore, and he thanks you for that. You were there with him, loving and supporting him until the very end. Play well at the bridge Peanut XX

Maybe you could cover the cage with a blanket.
I was like that too, fine for a few days and then something would remind me and the tears would flow, and I'd sob my heart out, it does get better.
I found this forum really helped as others totally understood.
