**Update**
Gordy has been a brave little soldier, but it looks like he might have a tumour forming on his pouch. It's difficult to tell right now because there's a bit of an infection where he's been pulling.

Our next steps are antibiotics to clear the infection and see how he gets on, and then reassess once that's cleared up a bit to see whether the lump is indeed just from the infection or whether we need to go ahead with a biopsy.

The vet did say that we can discuss surgery options at that point but that the kindest thing to do depending on what it is might be to let my little Gordon run over the rainbow bridge at that point if surgery doesn't look feasible.

I'm pretty distraught at the news, but still holding onto some hope that my little baby will get back to his normal self. He's just the sweetest little guy. I'll be picking him up from the vets in about an hour.

Really sorry to hear that little Gordy may have more of a problem than you initially thought, keeping my fingers crossed that it is just an infection & nothing worse.
It's a difficult time for you but try to take it one day at a time.

I'm sorry to hear that. Hope the meds help. It does sound that it has been irritating him which is why he has been pulling at it. Like cypher says take it a day at a time and give him lots of TLC fornow x

So sorry to hear this, I so hope the antibiotics succeed and that it's just an infection. Keep Positive and take it day by day.
