Default is it heat stress?

i live in south india where it is hot during the summers. i think my hamster has heat stress? or is it any other illness?... here are before and after images...

Hi. It's a bit difficult to tell from the photos. They can get overheated in hot weather. You could have a fan on in the room (if that helps). Also having something ceramic in the cage can help, like a tile or a mug or a plant pot. You could even have two and keep one in the fridge and keep swapping them round, so your hammy has somewhere cool to sit. Fresh water supply is important so they don't get dehydrated and you might need to change the water more often if it gets a bit warm but I think that iced water isn't recommended either, just fresh water. Giving a bit of cucumber can help too.
