Default Sudden hot weather, advice?

I need some advice

So if you've seen my previous posts im new to owning hamsters I have one syrian currently and her name is whisper. She was originally in a duna multy cage but she wasn't happy at all and chewed the bars all day every day whenever she woke up and I felt awful and considered rehoming her but instead ended up buying her a Barney cage from zooplus and she is absolutely thrilled with the upgrade the floor space seems three times bigger than her old cage and she loves her bigger wheel and hasn't chewed a single bar since. She did look like she was going to chew at first but so far she hasnt fingers crossed she never does again.

My concern right now is that Ireland if you know it is a cold place it's rainy all the time the weather is just icky. But since it's the middle of june summer has hit hard very suddenly it was freezing and raining last week but it's been roasting hot the past two days with our temperatures reaching higher than the temperatures in spain. Now I don't see any changes in her she still does what she always does she goes to sleep sometime during the night while im sleeping obviously and she wakes up around 8pm (so now basically although she's sleeping in longer right now but she is alive because she came out for water like 5 minutes ago then snuggled back up into bed) and then runs around drinks water does cute typical hammy things. I just wonder is the weather changing so much going to effect her in any way? should I be looking out for warning signs of anything. She's stockpiled food in her house (for some reason she prefers the tiny house to the new giant one i put into the cage (which she's using as a toilet for some reason and idk if I shold move the house to a new location because it is wood ?).

I'm just worried the weather will make her sweat hard or stress her because up until now it's been mostly wet and cold with a day or two of low temperature warm days vwhereas today is like the peak heat of the summer.

I might be over-stressing myself about it but I figured I'd ask anyway because it can't hurt to know if there's something I need to watch out for or things I should be doing/providing.

Have you looked at this thread?
Keeping your hamster cool
You should find the tips you need for dealing with the heat there, just keep the room as cool as you possibly can but I prefer not to put anything frozen or too cold in the cage, things like mugs that have been in the fridge are fine though.

I would definitely suggest that you look at the thread Cypher had attached - many wonderful tips there. Good luck and best wishes!
