Our beloved Stella has got something on her eye, can anyone tell what it is?
She is bought in a petstore and according to them she would be around 3month old now so still young!
Her eye is also a little sticky.
We took her to a vet. (dont know if he is good for/on Hamsters), that was probably very stressfull for Stella so i rather not do that again.
He gave us some antibiotic for her eye but i want to hear your opinion first!

It is hard to see as the pics are quite large however it looks like a little 'stye' which are quite common in hamsters especially dwarf hamsters.
I would say the vet is right to treat it with antibiotic gel / drops and it should clear up in about 5 days if you keep up the drops.

I also thought it was an Stye but didnt think you treated it, just let it be
So we are on day2 with the antibiotic and her eye seem little less sticky already
