I'm sorry but the only thing I can suggest is taking her to a vet. In New York, there is guaranteed to be a vet, being one of the most major cities in the world. Someone else in New York might be able to suggest a vet for her.

I hope she's ok.

Take a warm damp cloth and gently wipe/dab at her eyes to remove the crust. Does she display any other symptoms that may indicate she is sickly? I'll leave a link below to a vet finder Hope she feels better soon

Can you get plain goat's milk, probiotics, and tiny baby hamster sized medicine droppers or something similar? It's honestly the only thing I think could save the babies, and even then it may just not be enough

Very sorry for your loss .

Even if it isn't like Sophia, you still need to try with her babies. You can't give up on them now! You are the only one who can care for them. Try contacting The Pipsqueakery on Instagram. They have a lot of experience with nursing hamsters without parents and may be able to offer you some advice.

How did you manage to take a hamster from the USA to Italy?
Anyway hand rearing pups as young as this is nearly impossible. If you try it is a 24/7 commitment. They need warmth and also the specific feed mix (usually baby rice and lactol milk) You need to feed very frequently and most importantly pups need toileted or else they cannot pass urine or poo. The mother would lick them to stimulate elimination so hand rearing involves imitating mothers licking till they do it then cleaning them.
It is a really hard thing to hand rear hamster pups. If you don't try and don't have a foster mother they would starve to death and I personally would not let that happen. If not hand rearing then you need to see a vet and have them PTS
