I definitely pray that the vet can help and all goes well. You are both in my thoughts.

Constipation in hamsters is very rare due to their very high fibre diet. When it does occur it is usually due to the water bottle not working and severe dehydration or something wrong inside causing a blockage like fluffy bedding or a tumour.
A vet can scan a hamster (X rays don't show pyo) to show if there is pus in the womb.
Hamsters with a pyo will often drink more than normal. Has she been drinking a lot at all?

UK & US vet databases show constipation to be common & likely.

Breeders dun see any constipation at all due to diet.

Do let us know how she gets on at the vet. It's really hard to know what's wrong with an unwell hamster online so it's great that you've booked her for a proper vet examination.

Just a behavior update, she's still playing, very active. Drinking plenty and no wobble. Her ears come up when she knows she's being watched or talked to. But down when she's playing. No tenderness around her lower area as far as I can tell.
Vet appointment tomorrow!

So glad she seems to have gone back to normal now. I watched your second video. The vet will be able to say what caused the problem and offer treatment. How old is she?

She's about 6-7 months old.
Me too. I'm hoping they can tell me what happened so I can help her in the future! She's a very special hamster!
