Yes, I looked at the link. It's quite a way but we could probably get her there. It was spot on we bought. She seems OK at the moment, but I will definitely keep an eye on her.

I would definitely get something prescribed by a vet. I think spot on is not really recommended. I'm sure she'll be fine for now xxx But I would get another opinion and a skin scrape to diagnose. There are other things that cause itching and scabs.

I will make sure I do. I'll keep an eye on her for the next week and then look into getting her seen by a specialist.

Update:

Ella's scabs have completely gone. (There may be one or two left but I can't feel or see anything.) She's not scratching as much as she was before the treatment, and she seems to be doing really well. Hopefully things will continue in a positive direction.
