Worried my hamster is diabetic

hello, minutes ago i saw my hamster wheel, and my hamster had peed on it, the problem is that the pee is in a darker color and a slightly stronger smell, my hamster is a winter white male, could he be diabetic?, I'm trying going to the vet but I'm 15 and I don't drive, should i t treat it as if it was diabetes or should i still take him to the vet, the hamster had been sleeping more, so what should I do?, I'm trying not to freak out but I'm still not risking my hamster's life, please reply as soon as possible
