I just Youtubed hamster hiccups and those sounds definitely sound like what my hammy does sometimes! She also has some softer noises that sound more similar to sneezes as well though.

I will try to upload some video files for you to hear her.

This is a video I just uploaded so people can get more of an idea of the noises I'm talking about.

Any thoughts?

As long as she is healthy i would make sure to have been through paper bedding and non dusty food, try if taking the sandbath out makes a difference. If you're still worries then, go to the vets. I have had Romeo since august and we got to the solution of buying boxo around november i think.
I'm no expert and in no way claiming to be, but my advice would be to take it slow. The stress you can cause her changing bedding and food every week can do far more harm than sneezing. As you said, she looks healthy, so make sure to take it at her pace.

Yeah you make a good point. I incorporated a different kind of food into her new food and I changed the bedding from a whole new bag. I'm just going to leave the cage alone for a while and hope the sneezes slow down. I could see the dust in there from the bedding. She was just sneezing so much constantly I could tell it was bothering her. If the sneezes continue as bad as they have been I will take her to the vet. I don't have sand in there right now, later on down the road I plan to add some in but with the sneezes right now I'm going to wait (:

Thank you for all the advice!
