Default Teeth

I keep noticing that Romeo's bottom teeth separate a bit sometimes when he yawns. I can't seem to find much about it, what I find is that if his teeth start to grow separate directions, then there's something wrong. But that's not it. It is only occasionally when he yawns. Is that a sign that they are getting too long?

Default Re: Teeth

i don't really know much about this but i do know hamsters teeth aren't rooted like humans, so they do tend to move more easily. i would wait for another reply to see what other people think but i hope that gives you some peace of mind!! also if his teeth look long, give him some more things to chew. it's hard to explain how long a hamsters teeth should be so look up some pictures and compare to his. hope this helps!
