Maddi is sqeaky
Is it normal for robos to make snoring noises with her sqeaking or is it not normal? Just the past couple days she started this up? Did start her on flax & hemp seeds the other day? Other than that nothing has changed.

Re: Maddi is sqeaky
I think it's normal for Chinese to make all kinds of sounds but not robos, I'm sure I'm just overly worried cause I just lost my Bears a couple days ago

Re: Maddi is sqeaky
First of all, is it an abnormal sound of speaking?

Re: Maddi is sqeaky
Snoring noises don't really sound normal, you've had her a while now so if it's not normal for her then keep a close eye on her just to make sure she's not having any breathing problems or anything.
I've found Chinese rarely make any noise at all, it's always been my russians that are vocal or noisy if any of them are!

I am so so sorry to hear that you have lost your bears recently. RIP lovely bears.
I do hope that Maddi's squeaks prove to be nothing serious. Thinking of you at this sad time.

Re: Maddi is sqeaky
If you haven't heard again today maybe it was just a temporary thing, snuffling a bit when she was digging maybe? Hopefully nothing to worry about anyway.

Re: Maddi is sqeaky
I just heard her sqeaking just now. She looks good, don't know, they are little sqeaks, that sound like she's snoring. Hamsters don't snore tho, I can't lose her cause I'm counting on her being here for a couple more years. Will take her in if she doesn't stop or gets worse or if she starts acting different..
So far she seems very happy

A lot of animals do hide illness. That's just a natural survival instinct, and no matter how long you breed animals in captivity you can't really get rid of those things. The best thing to do would be going to a vet

Re: Maddi is sqeaky
If you're unsure then take her to the vet.
