Potential Broken Leg!
We let the cat in because there was a huge storm, not sure whether the cat got in or the hamster got out-but cat came down with him in her mouth! He luckily escaped alive (cat got thrown out) but today he isnt putting any weight on his right front leg. No vets round here will deal with robos. Not sure what to do!

Re: Potential Broken Leg!
I would have thought most vets even non small animal specialists would be able to tell if it was broken or not & perhaps more importantly prescribe painkillers if need be & possibly antibiotics if the cat bit him.
Other than you may need a hospital cage type set up for a while, food & water within easy reach, not wheel & nothing he could fall from or hurt himself on.

Re: Potential Broken Leg!
Thanks, should I seperate the two of them or put them both in a hospital cage?

Re: Potential Broken Leg!
If you do separate them then you most likely won't be able to put them back together so see how they go, worth a try putting them both in, just watch carefully in case it causes the injured one any distress.
