Question Is this safe?

Hello,

So my master plan to stop Nutmeg chewing at the glue is as follows: I am going to glue large cocktail sticks to the wood with this glue and am wandering if it is safe for Nutmeg:

It does say safe and Non-toxic but I just want to double check:

As it says Safe and Non-toxic does it mean that it is safe for hamsters?

It's kind of a gamble that hamster owners take.Yes,it should be nontoxic to humans, but that doesn't 100% guarantee its safety for hamsters.

So would you recommend using it do you think? If not I can make 'Pet Glue' a mixture of flour and water

If it's going to be easily chewed and doesn't need to be that strong of a hold, flour and water would probably be better

This is the one I've seen most people use as being safe for hamsters

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elmers-Wash...7s+school+glue

Having said that I don't suppose any glue is particularly good for chewing! Not quite sure what you are glueing to what to prevent what lol. Cocktail sticks are a bit pointy aren't they?

Elmer's is not animal biproducts so I'd go with that if possible Sorry if I made anyone cringe mentioning animal biproducts in glue, but it's definitely worth mentioning.I wasn't sure if Elmer's would be available in the UK though or at least without ridiculous import charges but that doesn't seem too bad!
