What is happening to my hamster???

Hello everybody! I'm new to this forum! I really would like you to help me with a question i have about my hamster! I have it for two years now and i made a revelation just yesterday that maybe my hamster which i named Quenny is not a she but it's actually a male hamster! I'm still not sure but i think that now i understood the difference betwwen the female and male hamsters! please help me be sure! And i have an even more important question! Well, yesterday i was cleaning it's cage and i took "him"(actually i think i'm going to call him Marley) and i started peting him! Then i realized that something between the anus and penis was coming out! it was like a little mass like separated in three pieces! That's why i started getting worried because in the beggining i thought it was like a tumor and then i thought that maybe he's growing up and that's the penis and now it's coming out! i was searching and i found here something randomly but i don't know if it applies on my hamster's situation! Maybe the thing i saw is his testicles that from the great heat came out? But it's the first time i see them and last year was really hot too but i never noticed something like that before so I'm worried!!! Can you help me and tell what i saw is? I'm senidng pictures too! Btw my hamster is a dwarf hamster if that helps! Thank you so much for your help!!
