Ok she does seem bright and active and at the moment is going bonkers on her wheel! What shall I look out for though if she is in decline and has either pyo? Will create a thread that contains daily updates of Nutmeg so I can really make sure she is ok, will do this tomorrow. If I notice increased swelling, more discharge or an increase in drinking water I will go straight to the vets- I am off on a large holiday that I can't move so really hope this clears up!
