I haven't found any more of the pink parts recently and if I do they're very faint. The amount in the photo was basically the entire amount in his cage.

If there's no red toys in the cage then it's possible that's from a slight wee infection or a cut. If you've not found anymore that hopefully it was a temporary problem but I'd keep a very close eye on your ham for the time being to be on the safe side.

Have you given any red fruit recently? I flew into a panic once when Alfie was fairly new and then realised it was raspberry juice

If the colour isn't coming from toys or food & you find more definitely go to the vet.
