Are you using a dusty bedding? woodshavings can be dusty at times. Also have you had a cold recently? Sometimes they can catch illness' from us if we're not careful

If you are using dusty bedding your hamster may have become allergic to the dust. My hamster, Sherbet, became allergic to carefresh as she wouldn't stop sneezing so I took her to vets just to be on the safe side as when she sneezed she seemed in pain and they gave her antibiotics and after a week she stopped sneezing. So if I was you I would try to get to the vet just to ensure it nothing more serious.
