If she's not eating her normal food try soaking some mix, giving her porridge & or baby food (no sugar, salt, spices, onion or leek) porridge & baby food are usually enjoyed & the meds can be put onto those (or even a small piece of veg if you're sure she'll eat it) making things a lot less stressful.
You're right about any blood loss being a worry with such a tiny animal but hopefully she'll improve, fingers crossed for her.

Quick update, I have spoken to the vet today. Bambi has shown no improvement and is still bleeding daily. If she has not improved by tomorrow then she is going to need to be put to sleep. The vet advised she will most likely be in pain and it's unfair to let her carry on with uncontrolled bleeding. :,(

I'm so sorry to hear there's been no improvement, having to make the decision to have them PTS is never easy but it is sometimes the kindest & only option.
Thinking of you & Bambi at such a difficult time.
