Worried about Cami. Weight lose and Green Stool

Cami one of my newer Hamsters. I got Sunday before last. I thought she had wettail when I got her but I got her antibiotics and she was fine. She eats, drinks, runs in her wheel. But she has lost weight and her rectal area isn't wet but green. So if she is having green poop or diarrhea I'm not sure. She is extremely skittish and I was trying g to stress her but I have filled her dish many times since getting her and she has visibly lost weight.
Any ideas? I can make her a vet appt but in order for them to see her I need to pay my previous bill and at the moment I don't have that money plus what I habe to pay for her visit. They ate the only exotic vet in the area. We had a water heater bust and or furnace too this week and both have taken our funds that's why the bill at the vet has been unpaid. It's $55 for her visit but I just don't have that plus the 106$ bill I have.
I'm not sure if worms can be possible I keep a stock of wormer here cause I often have foster kittens.it's PANACUR and I also have Pyrantel from the vet. They won't give me the dosage without seeing her

I'm gonna check her cage for poops tomorrow and also take photos of her again. Before and now

Can the vets give you over the phone advise? Most vets will happily do so. Could it be the food you are giving her or maybe an effect from the antibiotics? I wish her all the best! Someone here will know a little more than I do x

No my vet won't give any info over the phone if they haven't seen the animal for that issue.
She eats hamster cube and oxbow Hamster food. She's been on that since got her. She was on horrible food at the pet store

Please don't use wormer for your ham, it's very unlikely she has worms but even if she did you could really do her harm by giving her something that hasn't been prescribed in the correct dose by a vet.
She really does sound as though there is something quite seriously wrong with her & I realise it's hard but I don't think you have any option really other than finding a way to pay for the vet to see her.

Yes, as cypher said, don't give your ham anything not prescribed by a vet.. I think the only thing to do is pay for the vet.. sorry!

It was a False alarm. Her poop is all normal just green color from some of her foods. And she had a piece on bedding stuck in her water bottle and it wasn't working so she was dehydrated. I fixed the water bottle and gave her some pedi lite and water and now she is fine. She does t look so skinny which is guess was just dehydrated. I just panicked cause she looked smaller. I'm so happy. I am making payment arrangements with my vet but I can't pay it in one sum because with the water heater and furnace busting fixing that and parts cost a few hundred dollars. But bills getting paid little bit at a time.
