Re: After surgery care
A quick update on Lexi:
The vet said she is healing lovely and today is her last day of antibiotics. They showed me pictures of her after surgery. They put her on bubble wrap, put a blanket over her and surrounded her with rubber gloves with hot water to keep her warm. The vet that checked her over was the one that did her surgery and she said how much she loved Lexi. She thanked me for the card and chocolates
Lexi has a lump on her cheek which I noticed that morning but the vet said it was the mix on injections that they put in that area so it was just a little puffy. Lexi is moving round more. I'll wait until she is fully healed and growing back her fur on her belly before I go back to using any other substrate. Oh and Lexi got Pet of the Month so she will be Facebook famous! When they post pictures I'll share them on here x

Re: After surgery care
That`s a great outcome bubbles, it`s so nice to have understanding vets when small animals are concerned. Lexi has been well looked after and you can both enjoy happy times for a good while now.
Congratulation on your Facebook win!!! Well deserved. x

There are 3 vets that specialize in small animal care and the clinic is literally round the corner from me. If anyone here is in my area I would have to definitely recommend them
