Question Sleeping outside her hide?

Winter is sleeping out side of hide and wont sleep inside anymore. I picked her up and she felt like ice. Really stiff and cold. I dont know what to do or why shes sleeping outside. Id really like some advice, Thank you.

How big is the hide?
Have you tried putting a load of toilet tissue outside so she can make her nest?

Have you recently done a cage clean or anything that might have upset her a bit & put her off using the house? It could be that or it could just be that it's a bit too small as many are.
I wouldn't worry about her using it but do give her lots of deep substrate & plenty of shredded tissue to make a nice warm nest & check the room temp isn't too low at night.
