Help needed: Pink/red thing above/on hamsters eye

Hello good people,
I've had my hamster for 1 and a half year now. This morning I noticed something pink-strange thing above her right eye. Also her eye is somewhat pinkish/red. She doesn't seem to have reduced the activities (I took her from the cage for a minute, she seemed normal but a bit sleepy).
Because I cannot get her to the vet today, is there anything I need to do? Or just wait?

I can't really tell what It is, hopefully, you'll be able to get an appointment with the vet. It might just need some antibiotics.

It is hard to tell what it is from the photo, it could be a small growth or cyst, it doesn't look infected but I'd still get to the vet soon to have it checked, hopefully it's nothing to serious.
