Question Best probiotic?

Now that Spike has been diagnosed with mange caused by mites I want to give him probiotics for a few weeks. He is a very fussy eater so I need something that doesn't taste bad (also no yogurt involved). I wanted some opinions on which is the best probiotic in the UK?

I wouldn't even bother with yogurt tbh, the P@H probiotic powder is fine, if you want something without added vitamin c (I'm pretty sure that's aimed mostly at guinea pigs) I use Aves which is a really good one but also very expensive, lasts for ages though.
I get mine from ratrations.
I prefer to sprinkle a pinch on some wet food or veg rather than put it in water & have never had a ham even seem to notice it was there.

Thanks Cypher! I'm off to Pets at Home tomorrow to pick up some probiotic powder. The Aves looks really good but it is horribly expensive. Since I'm just giving it to Spike as a supplement and he's not taking heavy meds I'm not sure it's worth the expense tbh. I'm going to stick to giving Spike the powder for a few weeks until he's in the clear but I don't want to keep him on it indefinitely either. I'm curious to see if my little fuss-pot will notice the 'sprinkles' on his food

Maybe try to mix in the powder with his food instead of sprinkling it? I've found that works better.

I agree, I bought Probiotic yoghurt when Archie was ill and he turned his face away when I tried to get him to eat it. The Probiotic Powder can be sprinkled on their food or favourite treats.
