Post Cage biting/Stopping it

Hey guys!😃

So I'm new to hamstercentral and I thought I could get some advice.
I have 2 Syrian Hamsters, (Nibbles and Fluffy) Nibbles I've had for nearly 1 year and fluffy I've only had for less than a month.
They both chew their bars at a constant rate and I was wondering how I can stop it.It gets to a point were Nibbles gets scabs on her nose that start to bleed.
It gets to the point where I'm up till 3/4 am with the hamsters because they won't stop. I dont think it has anything to do with being bored as from the moment they are up, and awake (around 7/8pm) they get to go out of their cages and play with their toys/ball/wheel.
I don't know what I can do, because I can't get them to stop

Please help,
Thanks,
Sam

Thanks for the advice, its really helpful, I have updated their cages both to temporarily bin cages and I'm in hope of getting glass ones very soon, with the bigger space for my hammies, they have found other distractions and no longer chew on anything other than their toys

.Thanks again!
