Please don't take what I said out of context. I didn't know your level of knowledge about hamsters given you've only made this one thread. I understand it can be difficult educating family members about pet care. Hopefully they know better now

Such a tragedy for everyone Marcos
Your poor Mum who was trying to do something nice and obviously supports your animal care! You who had to manage the tragedy. And the poor hammy. I hope maybe someone will see this thread and take a moment to maybe educate their family members about some basic don'ts. I don't mean that you did anything wrong Marcos, I am just looking for some small positive thing to take away. I wish your hamily all the best. Xx
