Default my hamster ate some plastic

Okay pls pls pls can some help I don't know how to work this so I don't know where to post this. This morning my hamster escaped and I think he may have eaten a long peice of plastic roll. How can I check pls help!

It's unlikely he swallowed a lot of plastic but he may have it in his pouches. The best thing is to put him in the cage then keep checking through his stuff to see if it appears.
Often they will chew it up or pouch it then once they feel safe it will come out again.
Feed veg like brocolli to keep his tummy moving well and if he shows any signs of being unwell like bloating or constipation then see the vet right away.

I thought my hamster had eaten plastic once and I was really worried! I think it was a plastic piece of his water bottle. But when I cleaned out his cage at the end of the week, I found it in his stash of food, a little chewed. He hadn't eaten it at all, just chewed it. Don't worry about it, it's most likely your hamster hasn't ate it, just stashed it but if you do see any unusual signs take him/her to the vets.
