Keeping him Cool

So first off I'm not sure whether this is the right forum but yeah.
It's starting to pick up in temperature and I'm noticing my little chinese hamster, Tyrion, is definitely not loving it. He's not running around anywhere near as much which is understand able.
What I was wondering was what to do to ensure he doesn't get too warm
He's always got fresh water and isn't in direct sunlight and I've been treating him with frozen veggies to try and help but I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do?

If you have any spare mugs lying around they can be quite nice for hamsters to lie and sleep in .

I gave my Chinese girl a mug in her cage this morning to help her stay cool although she's decided to put her food store there instead of sleeping there. I guess it's a nice cool place for her to eat though.

I've also put her sand bath in her cage as she likes to sit in it. When I got her out at playtime today, that's all she did, digging and sitting in her sand.
