Question Advice On Snow

Hello Everyone,

I would like some advice on my Syrian Hamster Snow,

For the past 1-2 weeks she has been tired all the time. She only comes out to get food and water and then goes back into bed. When she does come out at night she goes on her trixie wheel, wheels for a little while seems to get tired and goes back to bed she never gets up that long at night. Where before she would go on her wheel for a long time. She sleeps all day. When she does get up I hold her and she moves about okay but as soon as I put her back in the cadge she goes back to bed.

I got my hamster for my birthday in January 20th and the Pets at Home said she was about between 8-10 weeks old. Looking overall she looks pink and healthy. She just inst has energetic as she was.

Any Ideas? Thanks.

The weather could be a reason. I know that my 2 aren't as active due to the cold weather.
Spring is around the corner so fingers crossed Snow will perk up.
Have you checked her over?
Is she drinking and eating?

It could well be something to do with the weather, my hams have been hiding out a bit more as it's gone a lot colder again too.
If she is eating & drinking ok I wouldn't worry too much, she may well be up & running around when you're sleeping, they do change their routines sometimes so it could be that too.
