Exclamation Wet scent gland on a robo

I've just been down to check on Hector & his belly scent gland is looking very wet & yellow. He normally has just a faint yellow stain but now it's obvious & wet looking. I will be phoning the vets tomorrow to make him an appointment (handily I've discovered we now have an exotics vet in town) but until then, any ideas? I know someone on here recently squired a robo with a messy scent gland but I can't remember what thread it was under to look for it.
Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

A wet scent gland can be fine, I'd just see if it clears up. Its probably nothing to panic over

Thanks Kryll. I just checked on him & it looks back to normal. Weird, I've never noticed it do that before. I've been checking him regularly as I was a bit paranoid he was looking a bit pink on his back end but I think he's fine, just were he came to me a bit bashed up & his fur grew back funny. But the good thing is that thanks to google I discovered we have a specialist exotics vet in town now (new since last time I had hamsters). My vets are very good with out cats but not so much knowledge for hamsters. Especially a teeny tiny robo!

I'm glad its back to normal Chances are it was just more yellow because he'd been scenting a lot
Its good to know about another vet though
