i haven't told him
they've gone all over, on here, to the vets and to his breeder. but to be honest he's such an exhabitionist that he probably wouldn't mind. He's always running about scent marking everything, constantly rubbing against everything and running about flaunting his testicles in the air - the entire house, my boyfriend, my legs, arms, torso and face have all been scent marked (thankfully with the side scent glands not pee) as his - i think he's most upset i keep washing so i have to be reannointed, it's most inconsiderate of me! he does more running around scent marking than actual running i sware :P
It was just always that one doing it that worried me, and there was me thinking boys would be less worrying! (my last two were girls - i took one to the vet thinking pyometra turned out to be muscle loss due to age causing a funny body shape) I think maybe i worry too much :P
I was very impressed, the vets did all this remotely over the phone and pictures via email, so no bother to storm at all (bar posing for photos). they were very helpful and it didn't cost me anything. when i said should i come in with him they said no we'll get the vet and nurse to look at the pictures first. it's very reassuring to know that they obviously care about the animals first not just bring them in and let us have your money type.
