Question Nervous and jumpy?

I've noticed that Pumpkin has quite a nervous disposition, she is very jumpy and very cautious of things. It's not loud noises that makes her jump, she jumps at a lot of things, she'll even sniff something and recoil from it.
I think it may just be her personality but i'm not sure.
I've had her since December so its not like she's new and settling in.
The main thing is she is healthy and happy.
I was just wondering if there is anything I could do to help her? Or is it just the way she is?
