Stinky Scrubby

Today I got Scrub out and all was fine at first but after a while I picked Scrub up and when I bought her towards me, she smelt pretty bad. She had a little whitish/yellow discharge that had come from her lady bits.
I've noticed this once before but didn't really notice a smell and thought she needed the toilet or something.
I thought it could be to do with the lump on her stomach, but the time I had seen it before, she didn't have the lump.

Lump update: I don't think it has grown anymore though I'm not sure. If it had i'm sure i'd notice. It's still there, still not bothering her but doesn't show signs of going anytime soon.

My vet is still away, he'll be back next week. Is it worth popping her in for a check up?

If there is anything like that you are not sure about then I'd trust my gut feeling and have her checked out. Monitor her daily and if the discharge increased, her belly swells up or she become unwell then see another vet sooner. Hope she is OK

I'd like to get here checked out anyway just to find out what this lump is. I do a quick health check on her every other day and this is only the second time i've seen the discharge, but i'll keep an eye on it.
