At 1 and a half years old she is getting a little old... this may just be the poor wee thing passing of natural causes Try and get her to the vet asap, but if you can't, just make her warm and comfortable. See if she'll take a little water or some babyfood.

Sometimes the greatest act of love we show our hamsters can be the hardest You're doing the right thing for her by leaving her to be peaceful, and if she does pass on to the rainbow bridge, you'll know she had a great life with you and a lovely calm end to that life!

Re: Please help me i dont know what to do
Hope she will be ok. If she's not getting out to her water bottle, try offering some teeny cubes of cucumber so she has access to water that way at least.
Best wishes to you & your hammie, shiny
