Default Swollen testicles!

Hey
I was handling my hammie today when I noticed his testicle-area was really swollen and inflammed. Cue panic.

He has been quiet over the last week (I thought he was sulking as I removed his platform as he kept cage biting), and hasn't been eating as much as usual (noming at mealworms but ignoring the millet), so I checked his underside today, and was really surprised.

I expect some sort of enlargement during puberty, but this seems a bit much? I've attached a photo (The area is more pink in real life, as the flash dimmed it)and was wondering if anyone could give me any advice?

I still have antiinflammatories (Meloxicam) from his last scuffle, which I could immediately start giving him, but my main issue is if I should immediately go to the vets? I'm full time at university at the moment, but could try and skip a day to go home to get some antibiotics if I needed to (unfortunately his baytril from before has finished).

I'm afraid I'm not sure but would see a vet if you're worried and its possible.

Otherwise this is mostly a bump so that others can see and hopefully help.

im not really sure, it could be dropped because of the heat, my syrian boys poke theirs out all the time, but i never see my ww males ones (he wouldnt let me see anyway)

I would get a vet to have a look if its like it for more then 24 hours, i say that because if it is heat, it would move by the end of 24 hours. the vet would probably say antibiotics but its best to have it looked at first.
sorry i cant be of any more help
