Hamster noses

I've noticed that Poppy's nose seemed a little dry. I was wondering if this meant that she's sick.

It happens for no reason sometimes, sadly you can't use it like a dog to detect illness.
Try increasing the oil content of the food with a little cod liver oil (few tiny drops only) and see if their is any difference ina couple of days. Keep an eye out for dry flaky skin in other areas.
