So today is the day when i am all being well meeting Tish at Crewe to collect one of the Spradows!
I am so so excited! Was like christmas last night! Sadly i was woken by my builders at 7.45am and have since not been able to get back to sleep- grrr so thought I would show you all what Specs will be livin in.
I got the Cambridge from ebay for £5.50 but the lady refunded me £2 because of some breakages. I tried to fix the two bars that had come off the top opening but last night the glue didn't hold so i have used duct tape and will keep an eye on if he chews. Pumpkin hasn't chewed his duct tape in the bin cage so hoping Specs won't. The base was very dirty-why don't people clean wee stains! Really bugs me! Few bits of chewed base along the sides as well but sanded them down.
The cambridge im liking but few things bug me. The ladders were not long enough to stretch to where i put the shleves and the bar alignment makes it tricky to hook things straight onto. Im not too fussed on where the doors are either because it makes trying to arrange the base tricky..lucky i have little hands!
However this is what i have done until i learn what kind of a little guy he is. He will be having his savic house. I havn't bombarded it with toys because he will be having lots of change in next few days bless him.
Bear got a bit jealous when he saw me putting the corn in but i had a word with him that he has to share..he gets bit possessive about food bless him.
My homemade hammock
My bf spent ages making this puzzle playground last night..its missing 2 triangles on the bottom but hopin its ok. I actually dreamt i had legs made of the stuff last night- how bizzare!! If specs likes it i want to get some more
Porridge's old wheel thanks to FM
it is under the yellow shelf
This is the best i could do with the ladder situation-grrr
And then this i forgot i had so he can have a chew if he so pleases
Specs new home
