Contacting Rodipet
Hello everyone
Has anyone had any luck receiving a reply from Rodipet when you've made a query using their 'contact us' form? I placed an order 4 days ago. I've been charged but I never received a confirmation email, and I selected the option to create an account when I placed the order but it didn't work because when I try to log in with the details I set up it says no account can be found. I spent a lot of money and I'm getting a bit worried. I know they have a good reputation any everything but I really just want to make sure my order went through.
Do they have any social media accounts I can try? Their Twitter hasn't been used in a year.

I've contacted them a couple of times through the form and got a good response both times. They have very good customer service so I'm sure they'll be able to sort it out.

I've also ordered from them last week-end but hadn't received a dispatch notification. I contacted them by replying to the confirmation email though, I didn't try the form, but they replied quickly. I don't think there is anything to worry about. Silly question but have you checked your spam folder?
