Thank you but he's also a little monkey. Here's an example unless he was trying to be helpful and dusted behind the radiator.

Thank you! It is very handy to have a light coloured hamster because i can see him better when he free roams in the evening. Dwarf Edwina just blends in with the carpet.

Re: Foster hamsters
Aww he is so cute and very helpful doing a bit of dusting hee hee hee!
We are at the vets for a check up and teeth trim next week so we’ll just have to see what they say about boo’s tumour. At the mo ria you are quite right - it is way harder on us. Boo is just doing his ham thing whereas my heart breaks a bit more each day. He is loving all his treats! X

Re: Foster hamsters
The rescue is currently not operating and i saw this boy up for grabs on Gumtree. He lived in a small cage with a tiny wheel and will definitely go up for adoption once he comes out of his 28cm wheel........
That's him on arrival giving me this imploring look and a bit later taking ownership of his big wheel.

Re: Foster hamsters
After keeping Rory i tried to give up taking in and rehoming hams myself but i just can't do it! I have to advertise this one though and try not to handle him so he won't get attached to me. He's an older, quite small boy of around 15 months and lived with a family so is used to being handled. He had to move out when a dog moved in. I'm glad that i saw the ad within the hour of going live because i worry about the ones offered free of charge. They could easily fall into unscrupulous hands. There was no cooked dinner that night, much to my OH's delight who happily tacked into a bacon sarnie instead and then promptly donated money towards a Grosvenor cage i saw on Gumtree....hmm.

Another one! What’s his name? I don’t ever dare look on gumtree, like you I would take them all and hubby is definitely not as easy going as your OH!
