Pet Shop Policy

I heard back from a representitive of the CEO of the pet shop where i purchased Ozzy and was reassured that they will contact the pet shop regarding the two dwarf hamster purchase matter and look into more staff training as well.

I thanked her for her response and took the opportunity to inform her of the lady who was encouraged to buy two robos and was told that her cage (a tiny cage not big enough for one) was fine to house two to highlight the importance of staff training.

I'm going to concentrate on my hamsters and from now on will do all their shopping in the small independent pet shop down the road.

I've said my piece now and consider this thread as complete.
