Advice on Hamster Health

Hey, was wondering if anyone had some good hamster knowledge and could give me some advice. My hamster is a 9 month old Syrian called hawking and I noticed yesterday there was a little bit of dried blood in his tunnels. Gone to clean him out and found a bit more in his bed so now I’m kinda worried. It’s not from his pee because he peed on my carpet yesterday and there was no blood in that and I’ve checked him for physical injuries and he seems fine.
